Geopal System has a great deal of expertise in the environmental safety related to refrigerating systems (climate control, cooling, and freezing). Gas leakages may occur, which can be not only life threatening but also harmful to the environment and very costly for the users. Emissions of detrimental freon, poisonous ammonia or explosive propane will be detected by a Geopal gas alarm system.
Gas monitoring is performed as a part of refrigerating systems where there is a risk of an explosive mixture or toxic gases. When there is a possibility of refrigerants such as NH3, CO2 or propane, the room must be provided with gas detectors calibrated for the current gas. When a gas leaks detection must be designed to shut down the system or process and employees must be warned immediately.
